Youth Mentorship & Educational Programs

Iron Man Mentorship Program
The Iron Man Mentorship Program was born from conversations with mothers and grandmothers who said, "Our boys need strong, godly men to walk with them." We watched young men drift between anger and apathy, and we knew they needed more than a lecture-they needed brothers and fathers in the faith.
In Iron Man, young men meet in small groups with mature male mentors who model what it means to be responsible, protective, and anchored in God's Word. Together we open Scripture, talk honestly about manhood, respect, purity, and purpose, and set real goals for school, work, and home. One teen who entered the program skipping classes now leads prayer for his group and helps his younger cousins with homework.
Sessions mix Bible study, practical life skills, and service projects that impact families, churches, and neighborhoods. We envision a community where men lead with strength and integrity and are equipped to mentor the next generation-and we are watching that vision take shape, one young man at a time.
