Workforce & Adult Development

When adults come to us, they often say, "I have the will to work; I just do not know where to start." Our Workforce & Adult Development program is our way of standing beside them in that next step. We worked recently with a mother who had been out of the workforce for years; together we rebuilt her resume, practiced interview questions, and celebrated when she secured stable employment.

Participants receive practical support: resume writing, application guidance, mock interviews, and help understanding what employers look for today. We also walk through basic computer use, professional communication, and workplace expectations so adults feel prepared, not intimidated.

For those facing employment screenings or assessments, we provide practice and encouragement so they are not facing it alone. Each workshop is designed to be clear and down-to-earth, with time for questions and real-life scenarios. Our goal is that every adult leaves with not just a piece of paper, but a clearer pathway toward long-term stability.
